Specialty aluminum alloys
We formulate foundry alloys to the composition your specification calls for, with per-heat chemical analysis for applications that need controlled chemistry.
From primary aluminum (P1020/P0610) we produce low-iron grades: A356.2 with Fe ≤ 0.12%, A357 with Fe ≤ 0.09% and AlSi10MnMg with Fe ≤ 0.15%. North American origin documentation is provided on request.
Specifications
- Foundry alloys to specification: AlSi7 (A356/A357), AlSi10 (A360), AlSi11 (A383), 319/B319, 380, 413
- Chemical analysis certificate per heat
- Low iron from primary aluminum (P1020/P0610)
- North American origin documentable on request
- Custom compositions to your specification
Applications
Automotive and industrial casting, die casting
How to request a quote
Email ventas@dealuminio.xyz with the following and we will review it with you:
- Alloy or composition required (and the standard, if any)
- Format, weight or dimensions
- Volume and delivery frequency
- Documentation you need (for example, analysis certificate or origin)
We are available Monday to Friday 8:00-18:00 and Saturday 9:00-14:00. We do not publish prices: each quote is prepared to your specification.
Standard alloys
In addition to these, we make custom compositions to the customer’s specification.
