Competitive advantages

Why Choose Us

We are a direct aluminum-alloy producer in Puebla. Here is what sets us apart from a distributor that resells third-party metal.

V·01

Analysis per heat

Every heat is spectrometer-analyzed in our own lab and ships with its chemical-composition certificate. You receive metal with documented chemistry, heat by heat.

V·02

Alloy to your spec

We don't resell generic stock metal: we formulate the alloy to the chemistry your process needs (AlSi7/A356, AlSi11, AlSi12 and other series to order).

V·03

Direct producer

We melt, alloy, and cast in our own plant. Dealing directly with the metal's producer means your order's spec arrives with no middlemen in between.

V·04

Iron control (low-Fe)

Starting from primary and controlling the charge, we bring iron down to levels scrap alone can't reach — key for applications demanding A356.2 and structural alloys.

V·05

Origin traceability

We trace each heat's charge back to the raw-material lot, letting us document smelt and cast country when your program requires it.

V·06

Puebla plant

We produce from Puebla, in central Mexico's industrial corridor. We coordinate delivery of your order with you once it is produced.

Origin compliance · on request

Does your program require North American origin aluminum? We can meet it

When your customer or your regulations require North American origin content — or ask you not to use material from a certain source — we can adjust the charge (Canadian primary, Mexican scrap, cast in Puebla) and document origin heat by heat. It isn't a default requirement on all our metal: it's a capability we activate on request, for the order that needs it.

NA·01On requestWe configure a North American origin charge for the order your program requires it on
NA·02Low-FePrimary lowers iron to levels scrap alone can't reach
NA·03Heat×HeatWe document smelt and cast country per lot when requested, not by average

What we can document, on request

  • USMCA origin certificate with a documented tariff-shift criterion
  • Smelt-country and cast-country declaration — Section 232
  • Mill certificate with full chemical analysis (Fe, Si, Cu, Mg, Ti)
  • Heat genealogy traceable down to the raw-material lot
